DODOSKIN B2B Return & Refund Policy(Wholesale / Corporate / Distribution Orders)
This policy applies exclusively to B2B transactions, including but not limited to wholesale orders, corporate purchases, distribution deals, bulk orders, and any transactions made for resale or commercial purposes.By placing a B2B order with DODOSKIN, the buyer is deemed to have fully reviewed and agreed to the terms below.1. B2B Transaction Principle
- All B2B sales are final.
- Returns or refunds are strictly NOT allowed once products have been shipped, except in the limited cases explicitly stated in this policy.
- Orders are treated as commercial transactions for resale or distribution, not consumer use.
2. No Returns for Change of Mind (Strictly Enforced)The following reasons do NOT qualify for returns or refunds under any circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Sales performance issues
- Over-ordering or inventory burden
- Market condition changes
- Customer complaints from downstream buyers
- Packaging dents or cosmetic box damage (product intact)
- Delays caused by customs, carriers, or logistics partners
- Address errors or incomplete recipient information provided by the buyer
Once the product has been dispatched, returns are not accepted for any of the above reasons.3. Limited Exceptions (Prior Approval Required)Returns may be considered only if all conditions below are met:Eligible Cases
- Product Defect (manufacturing defect only)
- Wrong Item Shipped (mismatch with confirmed purchase order)
Mandatory ConditionsWritten notification to DODOSKIN within 3 business days of deliveryClear photo/video evidence provided
- Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
- Written return authorization from DODOSKIN is required before shipping
Unauthorized returns will be rejected automatically.4. Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)
- Products shipped correctly per purchase order
- Products delayed or held due to customs issues
- Products affected by buyer-side storage, handling, or resale activities
- Hygiene and beauty products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products returned without prior written approval
5. Customs, Duties, and Delivery IssuesUnpaid Duties / Customs Clearance Failure
- Any resulting return, storage, disposal, or reshipment costs are entirely the buyer’s responsibility
- DODOSKIN will not issue refunds in such cases
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Buyer bears full responsibility for losses, return fees, or disposal costs
- No refunds will be issued
Recipient Unavailable
- Any return or reshipment costs are charged to the buyer
6. Shipping Cost ResponsibilityDODOSKIN Covers Shipping Costs Only If:
- Product defect confirmed and approved
- Wrong item shipped by DODOSKIN
Buyer Covers All Other Cases:
- Including but not limited to non-defective returns, rejected shipments, customs issues, and address errors
7. Inspection & Disposal Policy
- All approved returned beauty products are not resold
- Returned items are inspected and disposed of in compliance with applicable hygiene and safety regulations
- Inspection results are final and binding
8. Refund Handling (If Applicable)Refunds, if approved, are processed only after inspectionRefund amount may be reduced by any applicable logistics, customs, or handling costs
- If total deductions exceed the paid amount, no refund will be issued
9. Governing Rule
- Shipment = Final Sale
- Acceptance of shipment constitutes acceptance of product condition and quantity
- This policy supersedes any verbal or informal agreements unless otherwise stated in a signed contract
